I am an experienced entrepreneur, innovator and leader with over 20 years of experience building and leading innovative businesses and teams.

I know it sounds cheesy - but I genuinely believe that mindfulness is my superpower. By living a mindful life at work and home, I am more successful in managing myself and others.

Mindfulness has helped me reduce stress and anxiety in my entrepreneurial life and focus on doing the work that matters most - creating, building, innovating, and leading others.

What's more, I have the energy to strike a better work/life balance and have plenty left in reserve to handle the difficult moments.

6, 1-Hour Coaching Sessions

Includes:

  • 1-1 Coaching with Prashant over Zoom or video chat.

  • First session dedicated to understanding you, your goals and challenges and options for incorporating mindfulness into your first week.

  • Second session - review Prashant’s tailored mindfulness plan for the next month including checkpoints and outcomes for each week or fortnight.

  • Periodic sessions to track progress, discuss issues and challenges.

The program is designed to help you feel the difference within the first week. You will learn the fundamental concepts of mindfulness and meditation and how to easily make them a habit in your life.
